Technical Manager job at shencai(S) Abroad, US

Job Description

Full-time bachelor’s degree or above.
Over 5 years of experience in photovoltaic development or technical support, familiar with the preliminary project approval process.
Familiarity with photovoltaic industry standards and regulations; experience in project development, investment, and technical support is preferred.
Willingness to travel abroad, excellent communication skills, and ability to coordinate with various parties. 1. Coordinate technical plans and resources for project planning, surveying, design, production/integration, construction, and acceptance; participate in design reviews and technical disclosures, and control changes during construction. Ensure the deliverability and cost-effectiveness of technical plans implemented on-site.

Identify and manage key technical risks of the project; assist the technical director in coordinating internal and external technical resources to resolve major technical issues during the project delivery process.
Communicate and report with the Huawei on-site technical team, and summarize technical issues daily.
Possess strong communication and coordination skills, and be able to use English as a working language.
