What You'll Do:

• Travel to different properties throughout your route
• Inspect for pest activity and apply targeted treatments
• Educate customers with prevention tips that build trust and retention
• Navigate attics, crawlspaces, yards - wherever pests hide, you go
• Keep your vehicle and equipment prepped and professional

This role is commission-based - the harder and smarter you work, the more you earn. Our techs average 45k - 60k per year, with top performers regularly exceeding that. You'll earn based on:
