Applicants must currently reside in Illinois (preferred), New York, New Jersey, or Washington.

Position Description:

We are seeking a dynamic, strategic, and commercially driven North America Sales Lead - eCommerce and Omni Retail to lead our retail business across the U.S. and Canada. This role has full ownership of the North America Retail strategy, including eCommerce and Omni-channel partnerships. The ideal candidate will bring deep retail expertise, a performance-driven mindset, an entrepreneurial spirit, and a collaborative approach to building best-in-class partnerships and retail execution. They will be expected to raise the bar in how we operate, demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, and use data as a foundation for decision-making and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead the North America retail strategy, including direct oversight of eCommerce and Omni-channel partnerships.
  • Manage business development, account strategy, and revenue growth across key retail partners such as Amazon, Costco, Target and Best Buy.
  • Integrate physical retail and digital commerce strategies to drive a seamless, consumer-first retail experience.
  • Own the commercial and operational plan for all retail channels across the region, ensuring excellence in execution, pricing, promotion, and assortment.
  • Lead strategic account planning, joint business planning, and quarterly/annual reviews with internal teams and external retailers.
  • Partner with marketing, supply chain, and product teams to ensure alignment of retail execution with brand goals and channel strategies.
  • Embed a data-driven approach into retail performance management, leveraging analytics for decision-making and opportunity identification.
  • Drive process optimization, innovation, and regional best practices to scale business impact across the retail ecosystem.
  • Champion a culture of high standards, ownership, and continuous improvement across the retail team.

Qualifications:

  • Completed bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • 5+ years of senior-level experience in retail, Omni-channel commerce, or eCommerce within the Durable Goods or CPG industry.
  • Direct experience managing and growing business with at least one of the following key retailers: Amazon, Costco, Target, or Best Buy (required).
  • Deep knowledge of the North American retail environment and the evolving Omni-channel landscape.
  • Demonstrated entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to solving challenges and identifying new opportunities.
  • Track record of strategic leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and commercial success.
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills; able to influence at all levels of the organization.
  • Highly analytical and performance-oriented with the ability to turn insights into action.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and strong execution discipline.
  • Experience managing direct reports.
  • U.S. and Canadian market activation is preferred.

Pay: The base salary pay range for this position is $120,000 to $150,000 per year. Blueair takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are utilized in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs.

Bonus: This position is bonus eligible with an estimated on-target (not guaranteed) all in annual compensation of $144,000 to $180,000.
