Are you a people person with a passion for real estate and customer service? Join our dynamic team as a Leasing Agent and help individuals and families find their next Apartment Unit.

-Greet and assist prospective tenants with tours and leasing inquiries
-Showcase available units and highlight community amenities
-Process applications, lease agreements, and renewals
-Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with leasing policies
-Collaborate with the property management team to meet occupancy goals

What We’re Looking For:
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-Customer service or sales experience (real estate experience a plus!)
-Organized, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy
-Ability to work weekends and flexible hours as needed
-High school diploma or equivalent
