Are you a highly skilled culinary leader with a passion for shaping memorable dining experiences? Join our award-winning team at one of the region's top hotels and help elevate our forward-thinking, guest-focused F&B program. We're seeking an experienced Executive Sous Chef to champion back-of-house operations, foster culinary talent, and drive innovation across our multiple outlets.

What You'll Do:
As the Executive Sous Chef, you'll be the vital "right hand" to our Executive Chef, overseeing the day-to-day functioning of our high-volume kitchen, develop and lead a committed culinary team, with oversight of everything, from a to-go to a banquet

Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct and cultivate all kitchen personnel with a laser focus on accountability, personal growth and excellence 
  • Masterfully set and sustain standards in all culinary programs
  • Strategically work to build revenue and design menu
  • The team will collaborate, and you will support from what that end result should be.
  • Set and manage operational and cost control from labor to food quality, in a system where everything is top level and easy to manage.
  • Work to ensure guest experience will come above all and work to promote and to be part of a successful hotel


What You'll Bring:

  • 5+ years of progressive culinary leadership experience, with at least 2 years as an Executive Sous Chef in an upscale hotel or high-volume restaurant.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills are critical.
  • In depth expertise for banquets, multi location and kitchens
  • Expertise to show a good track in control and to manage all of that.
  • A team spirit with passion for service and hospitality
