Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Event Coordinator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and a passion for creating memorable experiences. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing a variety of events, including corporate gatherings, conferences, workshops, and social events.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute events from start to finish, ensuring all aspects are covered.
Communicate with clients to understand their event goals and requirements.
Manage the event budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions and adherence to financial limits.
Research and negotiate contracts with vendors, venues, and service providers.
Coordinate logistics such as catering, décor, transportation, and equipment rental.
Develop event timelines and checklists to ensure all tasks are completed on schedule.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field.
Proven experience as an event coordinator or similar role.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
