Kelly Services is seeking a reliable and sharp individual for a **full-time Office Appointment Clerk** role at a high-paced distribution facility in Chino, CA. This is ideal for someone who can coordinate with trucking companies, manage tight schedules, and keep operations running smooth. First shift, full time, temp to hire **Location:** Chino, CA 91710 **Schedule:** Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM **Pay Rate:** $20/hour **Key Responsibilities:** + Coordinate and schedule **inbound and outbound truck appointments** with vendors + Route trucks and ensure all dock times are clearly communicated + Manage check-ins/check-outs for drivers and update internal logs + Communicate with warehouse team and yard personnel to track truck movement + Dispatch instructions to carriers via phone or email + Maintain appointment records, shipping paperwork, and logs in system + Handle any appointment conflicts or delays with professionalism and urgency + Assist with clerical and administrative tasks related to freight coordination **Qualifications:** + Previous experience in **dispatch, trucking logistics** , or scheduling strongly preferred + Strong communication skills - able to speak clearly and confidently with vendors and drivers + Comfortable working with scheduling software, email, and basic Excel/Word tools + Able to work independently and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment + Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented + Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus **What You'll Bring:** + A strong work ethic and a steady hand under pressure + No problem stepping up and taking the lead when the yard gets busy + A mindset that keeps the operation on time and on track This is an on-site role with a solid team and the opportunity to grow in logistics and operations.
