Logistical Services Corporation Is looking for candidates that are hardworking, act with integrity and bring a positive attitude everyday.

NO CDL needed.

All you need to have is a willingness to learn. We take pride in performing at a high level over the years and are seeking individuals with a desire to continue that legacy.

Our drivers are eligible for the following benefits:

• $23.00-$25.00 hour

Professional Development - Our entire Operations, Leadership and driver trainers were all promoted from within the company and started as delivery drivers. We make a commitment to develop our employees skill sets to set them up for growth.

Shifts: We work 10-hour shifts. To be Full-Time status, you must work 4 shifts per week. We do have the option to work split schedules and 4 days in a row depending on the needs of the company, and employee preferences.

We ask everyone to work at least one weekend day. We do our best to accommodate our employees preferences when creating your work schedule.

Delivery Driver Duties and Responsibilities:

• Safely drive and operate your delivery vehicle at all times.
• Use the company provided smart phones for routing information, customer delivery information, and communication.
• Must be comfortable driving and working in varying weather conditions and locations.
• Load and unload packages for delivery purposes.
• Lift packages up to 50 lbs

Perform the following tasks, with or without reasonable accommodation:

• Lift packages up to 50 lbs.
• Able to get in and out of van repeatedly and walk up and down stairs throughout your shift.

• Lakewood, WA: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Successfully pass a pre-employment drug test
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Clean driving record
• Ability to handle physical workload and complete routes independently
• Available on weekends
• Tech savvy, self-motivated individual
