  • This position must be located in Frisco, TX; Bellevue, WA; or Overland Park, KS. This is not a remote role. This is a hybrid schedule requiring at least 3 days a week in office.

This position is responsible for developing and implementing advertising programs to support assigned initiatives to ensure marketing efforts meet plan goals & objectives.

Job Responsibilities :

  • Manages development and execution of print, OOH, online creative work and TV production through advertising agency or internal creative teams. Help ensure campaign integration with other communications fields: web, in-store, promotions, PR, etc.
  • Acts as a day-to-day contact for program leads (e.g. Segment, VP Integrated Marketing) and agency partners (Publicis).
  • Ensures campaigns are produced on strategy, on time and within budget gathering feedback on creative prior to completion (ensuring it meets corporate/legal guidelines).
  • Assists in writing strategic copy briefs in support of project goals.
  • Troubleshoots and resolves day-to-day issues or problems affecting advertising programs.
  • Educates other T-Mobile departments (sales, etc.) on advertising plans and timing gathering feedback on program initiatives on an “as needed” basis

Education and Work Experience :

  • Bachelor's Degree Business, Marketing, Communications (or equivalent experience)
  • 4-7 years Advertising or marketing communications experience within a consumer products company (wireless or consumer tech preferred) or equivalent experience in account management for an advertising agency. Required
  • 2-4 years Working experience managing advertising agency partners. Required
  • Less than 2 years Communications experience, eg retail merchandising, PR, etc.. Preferred
  • Less than 2 years Online marketing experience. Preferred
  • English/Spanish Bilingual (Preferred)
  • Ability to travel 10% (domestically)

Base Pay Range: $58,100 - $104,700

Corporate Bonus Target: 10%

The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.

At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
